The Beautiful Guarantee is an elevation of our current replacement warranty; the big difference is that we’ve added labor to soft surfaces. So, on all Gold, Platinum and Titanium products, you are covered for materials, freight and labor. The only exclusion is moving furniture which has always been excluded from the replacement warranty.

If you are not happy with your floor because of a style or color consideration, you can put in a Beautiful Guarantee claim. Talk to your salesperson and he/she will assist you.

The Beautiful Guarantee™ applies to all styles, with Carpet One Floor & Home names, with SelectAFloor Gold, Platinum or Titanium warranties*.
